Oh Look... Spa!
In the past, during the various F1U!s for the Grand Prix of Belgium at Spa-Francopants, I've said that rain is always a possibility. That's just the way Spa do. This past weekend, the World Endurance Championship held the Six Hours of Spa, and the skies were quite nice to begin... but rain is always a possibility, right?
...I'm fairly sure I've never said SNOW was a possibility. Ye cats and little fishes.
Hey... LeMans is coming up, isn't it? Mid-June... hope it's gonna be on TV here, I can't find anything about who's broadcasting in the US.
The *rumor*, which I'm sure you've come across already, is that Le Mans will be on "Velocity" Network. Which I'm guessing is some car-enthusiast network that recently got bought by a different producer and got it's name change. Or not. I've never heard of it, anyway.
I'm actually familiar with that network - they show a lot of car auction shows that Dad likes, as well as a bunch of other auto-enthusiast shows. Mostly "let's restore these classic cars" type stuff with a little racing thrown in.
Yeah, Velocity has a couple of good shows. Sadly, Wheeler Dealers dropped Edd, who was the whole reason I watched. So I don't think I've tuned in for a while.

Yah, Velocity carried the race last year. I couldn't find it on my channel list though... which drove me to do some digging.
Turns out it's changed its name to MotorTrend, like the automotive website. Nobody knows if they'll be carrying Le Mans yet, but it seems to be assumed by fans of the WEC.

Oh. Well. I watch a lot of MotorTrend's stuff on YouTube. So maybe this is a good thing.
