I'm surprised the EPA didn't object to all those batteries being dumped in the water. Unless they started the race from an EPA toxic mine spill...

Rockwall is on Lake Hubbard, northeast of Dallas. Rich people live there. The fountain is at the Hilton on the lakefront. You can see it on Google Maps.
