So Very Exciting
Sorry there's been silence from this side of the screen this week. Things have gotten quite exciting around the Duck U Bookstore recently, and potentially could be even moreso on Friday, when my boss visits.

On the other hand, my favorite car race is this weekend: the 24 Hours of LeMans! Maybe I'll be able to catch some of it... the store is open this Saturday, y'see, and the race starts around 7am Pond Central Time. So, more to come as soon as I can get some time. I promise! For sure! Yeah!

I'll be there too. I'm really looking forward to what the NISSAN ZEOD RC does this year. Porsche, Audi & Toyota are the big boys, lets see what the lil Nissan does over 24 hours.

I just took a look at Wikipedia and it didn't answer my question: How do you win?
Is the idea that every car drives for 24 hours and whoever makes the most distance wins?

That's exactly right, Steven. The hard part is, of course, 24 hours straight is a very long time for a car to be running, let alone 24 hours at the sort of speeds these guys go at. Lots of wear and tear on cars and drivers.
I find it fascinating, both LeMans and the 24 Hours of Daytona.
