That's one of the problems with the now-sprawling Fate properties: If you don't keep up with (nearly) all of them, you miss too many references/jokes/etc. I'm sure I missed all sorts of contextual bits from the Emiya Cooking Show, and that's just a light fluffy hangout-time miniseries.
