Nope, just 20 points. (editor's note: originally, this read 22. I have no idea where I got that result from, unless I give Love Hina Again more credit than it deserves...)
And yes, Steven, I know you didn't do it because you dislike the show.
(Update: Steven's actual points list, and Love Hina's points after the jump)
2 or more people seriously contending for the affections of one (1 point for each serious contender) = 3 (Naru, Mutsumi, Shinobu)
...who trickle in (1) = 1 (Mutsumi)
...who aren't human (1 for each) = 0
...who have special powers (1 for each) = 0, unless you consider Mutsumi's fainting skills a 'special power'.
Dorky hero (1) = 1; Keitaro is the ur-dork.
...who has a unique power (1) = 0, unless surviving the power of the NaruPunch is a 'special power'.
Klutzy heroine (1) = 1 (Mutsumi)
...who has a unique power (1) = 0 (see above)
Love expressed as violence (1) = 1. Oh, lord, yes.
Obvious choice (1) = 1. If you thought that there'd be ANY pairing other than Naru/Keitaro, turn in your anime card, please.
Women with exaggerated figures (1) = 0. Everybody's pretty normal.
Jiggle (1) = 1. Yeah, there's jiggle. Heavens, yes.
Panty flashes (1) = 0. At least, none that I can remember.
Ecchi (1) = 0. None of this, either; for the amount of fanservice, it's all pretty tame.
Joshikousei (1) = 0. College age, yes, but...
Meido-san (1) = 0. Nope.
Accidental exposure (1) = 1. Uh-huh.
Accidental groping (1) = 1. Yep yep.
Swimsuits at the beach (1) = 1. Heck, one entire MOVIE worth...
Bathing and yukatas in a bathhouse (1) = 1. The whole SHOW is basically in a bathhouse...
Kimonos at a summer festival or cultural festival (1) = 1. *nod*
Girl's locker room (1) = 0.
Cosplay (1) = 1. Remember the children's play on the beach?
Romances among secondary characters (1) = 1. Haruka/Seta
Meganekko (1) = 1. Naru!
Annoying relatives (1) = 1. Half the main characters have annoying relatives!
Meddlers (friends or family) (1) = 1. There's a reason she's called "Kitsune,", kids...
No romantic resolution at the end (1) = 1. Assuming you mean at the end of the show, yes... though it's pretty darn obvious what's coming. In the Christmas Movie", the truth does comes out. In the hideous Spring Movie, Naru actually says the words.
So, there you have it: 20 points... you can quibble that a couple categories should be given points, granted, but I think 20 is what you end up with.

What I originally wanted to post:
Would Ikariya the squidbot count as an "annoying animal mascot"?
