F1U USA MIA
So I came home right after work tonight, all set to sit down and pound out the F1U for the 2018 US Grand Prix (best race of the year!), and...
...things happened. Suddenly it's time for bed, and I didn't do nuthin' but the first sentence.
It deserves more time than a tiny bit. I'll have it up on Tuesday, I hope. What a race!

I told Will we definitely got our money's worth. Those handful of laps where Ham was on Rai's exhaust were really exciting! Our section was pretty well split between Merc/Ham and Ferrari/Rai fans, so at any given moment, half the section was going "ooooh" while the other half was going "YEAH!" and it kept switching back and forth. (I joined the Rai fans for that part. I really wanted him to win. Even more than I wanted Max to win.) And those last 5-10 laps with multiple active battles for position in the points. Edge of the seat action!
(Planet F1 has a clip of the drivers room after the race. Rai: "Did you win the championship?" Ham: "No." Kimi, never change.) (Also, on why he's happy to be going to Sauber: "It's only about 40 minutes from my home.")
